‘succes’   it’s not so bad
theo’s a waitress
brings a steaming cup

she’s seen a few in her time
’though she’s still young
happy in her job
you can see concern

it’s not the customers
there’s something else
a mild frown
perhaps her child has a bug

maybe it’s just the fret
where her life’s going
